3 cups sauerkraut, drained (reserve juice for marinade)
1 medium red delicious apple, chopped
1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned & chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Toss drained kraut, apple, orange, celery and orange juice. Mix well with sugar and chives. Chill until ready to serve.
