8 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 large tomato, diced
1/3 cup hot pickled pepper rounds
1/3 cup sliced red onion
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/3 cup ranch style dressing
1/2 cup corn chips, coarsely crushed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, toss salad greens, tomato, pepper rings, cilantro and onion. Combine salad dressing and salsa, mixing well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with chips and cheese. Serve immediately.
